Dashrath Manjhi spent twenty years carving a path through a mountain using only a hammer and chisel. He wanted to help his family and others access the doctors, schools, markets and other riches that were in the neighboring village. Manjhi never gave up, no matter what obstacles or criticism he faced, and his story inspires us to do the same.
